Eileen D. Turner, 88, of Greenville, died Saturday, March 5, 2011, at her residence.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date. 

Mrs. Turner was born in Millville, New Jersey on October 3, 1922.  She was the daughter of Harry Dilks and Mary Englehart Dilks.  On June 8, 1950, she married Charles F. Turner in Alexandria, Virginia.  She was a former office manager for L. G. Balfour Company.

She is survived by her sons, A. Kyle Turner and Charles F. Turner, II; daughters, Barbara Ebbs, Loretta Disney and Charleen Roenbrook; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her husband in 1997.
