Saundra Nixon
Saundra Sue Nixon, 70, of Yantis, died Saturday at Legend Health Care in Greenville. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Nixon was born in Des Moines, Iowa on August 20, 1940. She was the daughter of Delbert Daniel Rattray and Marjorie Mae Turner Rattray. On October 31, 1994, she married Mark A. Nixon in Fort Worth.
She is survived by her husband, Mark A. Nixon of Yantis; daughters Nicol Aguilar and her husband, Mark of Corsicana and Antoinette Joe McAffee of Des Moines, Iowa; brother Danny Rattray of Fort Dodge, Iowa; half-sister Penny Jean Collins of Monroe, Iowa; eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Ann Brim.
The family requests memorials be sent to the SPCA, American Cancer Society or a local food bank.
