His survivors include a son Jeff Wade and wife, Amy of Greenville; daughter Dena Sue Polhans and husband, Donald of Caddo Mills; brother Bill Wade and wife, Dorothy of Mesquite; and grandchildren Gareyson Polhans, Jaymeson Polhans, Justin Wade, Jacey Wade, and Jenna Wade.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Middleton, Douglas Steger, Don Nett, Christopher Nett, Mark Wade, and Jeremy Wade.
"So sorry to hear about the passing of your father. It seems like only yesterday we were all young and he would take us for long walks on the dirt roads and sometime find those red plums. I am very thankful he is a part of my childhood memories as well as Dena and Jeff. I am praying for you all to find the peach that passes all understanding that only our Savior can bring.
