H. R.Luna

H. R. Luna, 75, of Greenville, died Sunday, January 24, 2010, at Hunt Regional Medical Center.  Graveside services will be 10:30 AM, Wednesday, January 27, 2010, at Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home, with Rev. Jim Corbet officiating.  Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Luna was born in Springtown, Texas on December 21, 1934, the son of Earl Luna and Imogene Lovelace Luna.  He married Wanda Putnam in 1966 in Azle, Texas.  He was a member of Greenville Bible Church and was a former aircraft mechanic with E-Systems in Greenville.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Luna of Greenville; granddaughter, Melissa Jenkins of Greenville: great-granddaughter, Ella Jenkins of Greenville; and sister-in-law, Billie Eason of Greenville,  He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Dennis Murphy.
