"A Silence Witness (A Requiem to Reverend Gene C. Welborn) There's a silence you can hear, as a soul passes away. A haunting in the halls-- "forever" comes that day. There's that silence in our home. As a message came today. A presence in our midst-- memories tuck'd away! There's that silence in my soul-- the phantom of my spirit. Gene's slipped into the light, to His utter most delight! by John Edwards 5-Nov-2007"
