"It is with a sad heart that I send my condolences to you upon the passing of your mother, Earline.
Since I heard the news yesterday, my thoughts have been filled with you and your loss.
I have many happy memories of Earline and enjoyed her friendship since the time we both moved to the Villas.
She was so gracious and always wore a smile.
Words don't express how very sorry I am.
Sincerely,
