Eula Dell Williams, 100, of Greenville passed away December 2, 2009, at Briarcliff Health Center. A memorial services will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Williams was born November 3, 1909, in Celeste to Robert Burt and Sarah Bowen Jones. In 1930, she married Henry Thomas Lewis in Clovis, NM, and they resided in Friona for 50 years; he preceded in death in 1982. In 1984, she married Wright jWilliams in Friona, and he preceded her in death in 1992. She worked as a retail manager, owning and operating her own variety and grocery stores in Friona. She was a member of Friona United Methodist Church in Friona and Wesley United Methodist Church in Greenville. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include her son, Don Lewis of Needham, MA; brother R. B. Jones of Sun Lakes, AZ; sister, Johnnie Howard of Greenville; grandchildren, Amy Lewis of Portland, Oregon and Tyler Lewis of Springhill, TN; and two great-grandhildren.
In addition of her husbands, she was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
