"How well I remember the day Ronne acquired his baseball catchers outfit and particularly the game at Boy Scout camp when we were beaten 16-1 (I being the pitcher). Also, I remember his mother's conncern when he lost his front tooth while serving as a guard on the Greenville Lions football team. Up til then, Ronnie was best known for his beautiful smile. I join his classmates in saying God Bless him and his family. We have lost a great friend."
