Funeral services for Hazel M. Bowers. 84, of Greenville will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Coker-Mathews Chapel, with Rev. Royce Litchfield officiating.
Burial will be in Sullivan Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday for 6 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bowers died Monday, July 20, 2009 at her residence.
She was born November 4, l924 in Bossier City, La. to Preston and Martha David Peek. On June 3, l946, she married Joseph W. Bowers. She was a retired school teacher and a member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include sons and wifes, Emmerson and Myrtie Bowers of Campbell, Carl and Mary Bowers of Greenville, Williard and Erna Bowers of Denton ,sons Clifton Bowers of Dallas and Julian Bowers of Denton. one daughter Brenda Moore of Greenville, brother Tom Peek and six grandchildren and two gret-granchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents, husband and one brother.
