Helen Charlyne Vincent, 72, of Quinlan, died Friday, May 15, 2009, in Hunt Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at 2:30 PM in Coker-Mathews Chapel. Burial will be in Memoryland Memorial Park.
Mrs. Vincent was born in Terrell, Texas on May 22, 1936, the daughter of Charlie and Hazel Green Downing. She was employed by Seay Real Estate Company in Quinlan.
She is survived by her brother, Michael Downing of Quinlan; sister, Diana Collins of Thorsby, Alabama; niece, Lynn Ash of Dothan, Alabama; and nephew Brett Collins of Monte Vallo, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Downing in 1986 and her father, Charlie Downing in 1988.
Pallbearers will be J. L. Green, Jr., Larry Green, Ronnie Green, James Green, Larry Green, Jr., and Jimmy Seay.
Visitation will be Monday, May 18, 2009, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
