"I am just finding out about Sheila's passing this morning from Ethel . Sheila and I were really tight friends in School. We were constantly laughing and goofing off. We got scolded a few times but not too bad because a lot of our school mates were laughing at us. I picked Sheila up many times to ride to school with me instead of Mr. Hill's hot bus since she lived right across the street from me. Sheila. I will always remember the good times we had. I will miss you terribly. I know you are now in God's hands. See you again some day and until then remember I love you dear sweet friend.

"Nannette, I hope you remember me from elementary school in Campbell. Sheila was in my sister Susie’s class and I remember how fun and happy she always seemed to be. I was saddened to hear of her (and your brother Steve’s) passing. I wanted you to know I am thinking of you and your family. It’s hard to believe we’re at this point in life where the years are passing by so quickly and we no longer have all of our loved ones with us. I hope good memories and knowing others care bring all of you much comfort and many smiles in the days ahead. God bless, Laura"

‘Good morning Dee’ when I drove through Chaneys. You always brightened my day.
