"Max...I remember the sweet note you sent me when my mom died a few years ago. You are always very thoughtful like that and it meant a lot to me. I know how it feels to lose a mom too and I still miss mine but I hope you are doing OK. I also know you were a great son and were always there to take care of her when she needed you. You should feel good about that. I'm sure she was very proud of you too."

"Hi Max,
I am so sorry that you lost you mother. And so soon after your retirement. You were a wonderful son to her. Always taking time for her needs. You sure brought a lot of joy with the stories you would tell about your little mama. I spoke with her by phone only once, but felt like I knew her. I was unable to be there for the visitation or the funeral due to Church and family obligations over the Easter weekend. I was thinking about you and your family, however. I hope all of you were able to recall the good times you had with your mama and I know she will be missed. YOU are missed at work too. Just isn't the same. WAY TOO SOMBER. You take care and keep in touch! BIG HUG and PRAYERS coming your way. Love Suzie"
