William Ritter Nusz, 89, of Greenville, died Friday, December 26, 2008, in Greencrest Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services will be Monday, December 29, 2008, at 2:00 PM in Coker-Mathews Chapel. Interment will be in Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Mr. Nusz was born in Frederick, Maryland on March 12, 1919, the son of Harry F. Nusz and Vivian Ritter Nusz. He was married to Larue Kathrin McWilliams. He was a retired Nursing Home Administrator, veteran of the U. S. Navy, and a member of Park Street Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Larue Kathrin Nusz of Greenville; son, David Nusz of California; step-daughters, Nancy Jenkins of Lone Oak, Sue Myers of Celeste, and Theresa Brand of Greenville; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, William R. Nusz, Jr.
