John Ray Climer, 89, of Lone Oak, passed away on April 14, 2022, surrounded by loving family at Hunt Regional Medical in Greenville. Services are under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
John was born on March 25, 1933, in Gilmer, Texas to Willie Roy Climer and Jessie Francis Youngkin. John proudly served his country during the Vietnam as a member of the United States Navy. John married the love of his life Ann Woodside. John was a substation engineer for Dallas Power and Light.
John is survived by his daughters Hailey LeMay & husband Cody, Paige Lemond & husband Zach, great grandchildren Cayden, James, Mason and Lane.
John is preceded in death by his wife Ann, son Jason and brothers Frank, Roy, and Gene.
