"I spent over 13 years working with James at E-Systems /Raytheon, most all of that time he was my boss. James was a good guy, a smart guy and loved to have fun at work. He would call me into his office when he had something to do that required more than one hand and say I have a 3 handed job I need help with. The last time I saw James was probably 5 years ago at an Eagle Scout ceremony in Fairlie, we were there for our nephew and James was attending also, it was such a nice surprise! Another good one that James always said when we were working on variance to plan charts was, the rest of that variance is the WITTB program. I told him I did not know that program and he said it is the what it takes to balance program, James was a mess but a good one!"
