Don Wallace
Don Wilson Wallace, age 72, of Greenville passed away on Friday, November 14, 2008 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 16, 2008 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Jordan officiating.
Mr. Wallace was born on July 1, 1936 in Hunt County, Texas to Woodrow Wilson Wallace and Anna Kathleen Brown Wallace. He was a retired store manager for J. C. Penney and was a member of Highland Terrace Baptist Church.
His survivors include his son Mitchell Brian Wallace and wife, Angela Jo of St. Petersburg, Florida; daughter Lisa Ann Phillips of Chattanooga, Tennessee; brother Wayne Wallace of Greenville; and three grandchildren.
His parents preceded him in death.
Family request memorials be made to American Cancer Society or Greenville Fire Department.
