"Jerri and I were friends in high school and roommates for a short time at A&M. She was smart, funny, sarcastic and unfortunately for me loved Barry Manilow when we lived together🙄. We used to prank each other, joined a service fraternity together and generally had a good time. The last time I saw her was at my Dad's 80th birthday party, 2 yr ago. I hadn't seen her much before that and it was good to see her and catch up. I was sad to hear of her passing. I can still see her smile and the looks she used to give me. She is a light that will be missed and never forgotten. I still share our stories and laugh. I have been praying for her family during this unexpected loss and wish them peace."
