Eulalia Doris Torris, 90, of Greenville, died, July 13, 2019 in Medical City Hospital, Plano. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 17, 2019 in Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Sparks officiating. Interment will be in Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 AM until service time Wednesday.
Mrs. Torris was born in Greenville on July 6, 1929. She was the daughter of Horace C. Ledbetter and Olive O. Wood Ledbetter. She married Billy G. Torris, Sr. in Greenville. She was a member of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Billy Gean Torris, Jr.; daughters, Delania Sue Sampson and husband Shane Wesley Sampson, Donna Marie Torris and Tami Rae Torris-McCain and husband Ron McCain; sister, Sylvia Spears; grandchildren, Billy Torris, III, Richie Earales, Edward W. Torris, Richard Shane Sampson and Shallon Ann Chance; and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and six siblings.
Pallbearers will be Billy Torris, Jr., David Spears, Shane Sampson, Ricky Sampson, Mark Sampson, Chris Sampson and Donna Torris.
