Leila B. Harris, 90, of Greenville, passed away on September 7, 2018 in Greenville. A funeral mass will be held Friday, September 14, at 10 AM at St Williams Catholic Church, with Father Paul Weinberger officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, September 13, 6 to 8 PM, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rockford Cemetery in Lamar County. Mrs Harris was born August 6, 1928 in Jefferson County to Frank Iguess and Zilda Jagneaux Iguess. She married Sam Harris on July 27, 1957, in Beaumont. She was a cafeteria worker for the Greenville Independent School District and was a member of St. Williams Catholic Church. Mrs. Harris had a passion for bowling and bowled from 1979 through 2017. She was a member of the Db’s Entertainment, LLP leagues in Greenville. Her team was Jeanie’s Team. She is survived by her daughter Diane Harris Smith, and grandchildren, Colby Steven Smith and Lacey LeeAnn Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband.
