"I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Joel. What an inspiration he was and leaves. Whenever I had a question on an appraisal he explained and I learned. I haven't seen Joel is quite a few years but there were times I thought of him and when I did I smiled. That's the kind of person he was. You all are in my thoughts and prayers."

"My Condolences to you all in this difficult time. I have such fond memories of Joel and his unending energy. One of my favorite is when I was picking Lucas up after a weekend with the grandparents and there was Joel holding Lucas, who was about 1year old, and Lucas was holding a king size Snickers candy bar. As a mother I was a little shocked seeing Lucas with that big candy bar but when I looked at Joel ...he was so proud to be a Grandfather and he had so much love to give. Sending
much Love to you all and please give Imogene a big hug.
God Bless you all, Debbie Gantos"
