Thomas Earl Boyd, 66, of Caddo Mills, formerly of Greenville, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 at his home. His funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Morgan officiating. Interment will be in Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Thomas was born in Greenville on May 7, 1951. He was the son of T. C. Boyd and Ruby Bruner Boyd. He married Sherry Payne on August 9, 1968 in Greenville. He was a carpenter and plumber
Survivors include his wife, Sherry Boyd; son, Cody Boyd and wife, Angie; daughter, Lorie deLeon and husband, Ignacio; sisters, Barbara Carmichael, Sandra Nicholson and Joy Beggs; grandchildren, Ana Rainey, Kaitlynn Loftin, Cielo Reyes, Susana deLeon, Michelle Boyd, Jacob Bragg, Amber Thomas, Zak Bragg, Victoria Monarrez, Lorena Vaca and Ignacio R. deLeon; and fourteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
Pallbearers will be Wilson Jones, Shane Edwards, Cliff Edwards, Zachary Rainey, Mike Warren, and Randall White. Jack Warren and Dennis Gray will serve as honorary pallbearers.
