"Royce was a lovely neighbor. I moved from Place One a year and a half ago, but Royce had been my next-door neighbor for many years. He was always good to me, often giving me fresh fish from his trips. He fixed my roof and help me deal with some questions my buyer had about it. I was so sorry to hear this had happened."
