Billie Louise Shott, 91, of Charleston, South Carolina, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017. A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Memoryland Memorial Park with Rev. Kelly Reagan officiating.
Mrs. Shott was born December 2, 1925 in Greenville, Texas to Grady Leon Lipsey and Lillie Maude Lowe. She married James A. Shott. She was a bookkeeper for Harper House Printing Co. in Dallas.
She is survived by her son, Bill Ussery of Charleston, S.C., Rick Schell of Madison, AL.; step-son, Michael Shott of Houston; brother, Jimmy Lipsey of Greenville; sister, Barbara Smith of Sherman and grandson, Michael Shott, Jr. of Houston.
She is preceded in death by her husband in 1996, her parents, brother, Jack Lipsey and sister, Gloria Goodin.
