Dottie Wertz
Dottie Wertz, 89, of Greenville, died Tuesday in Greenville. Private graveside services will be held with Deacon Lee Davis officiating.
Mrs. Wertz was born in Dallas, Texas on January 15, 1928. She was the daughter of Dr. Guy Burton Fain and Ona Bumpas Fain. She married Francis Dominic (Frank) Wertz on August 19, 1970 in Irving, Texas. She was a member of Saint William Catholic Church and was a retired legal secretary.
Survivors include her daughters, Elaine Beck and husband, Roger and Claire Thompson and husband, Dennis ; grandchildren, Andress Pettibone, Q Beck, Philip Beck, John Thompson, Sarah Plunk and Anna Thompson; eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Ann Kelleher; and very special friend, Wanda McKenzie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Wertz in 2001.
