Linda Chapman
Linda Joyce Culver Chapman, 73, of Commerce, formerly of Bienville, Louisiana, died Sunday, December 25, 2016 at her home. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darel Roach officiating. Interment will follow at Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Born in Bienville, Louisiana on May 14, 1943, she was the daughter of Floyd Culver and Della Mae Holland Culver. She married Nelson Chapman on August 2, 1963 in Many, Louisiana. She was an electronics assembler and office manager and a Methodist.
Survivors include her husband, Nelson Chapman; sons, Michael Chapman and wife, Stephanie and Steven Chapman; grandchildren, Sydney, Stephanie and Keira; and step-grandchild, Elisabeth. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Floyd Culver, Jr., Gerald Culver and Raymond Culver.
Pallbearers will be Richard Chapman, Kyle Chapman, Keith Chapman, Mark Chapman, Kelvin Word and Mike Word.
