Wilma Jean Weatherly, 83, of Greenville, passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Hunt Regional Medical Center. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M., Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Mr. Jody Northcutt officiating. Burial will follow in Hooker Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Weatherly was born August 30, 1933 in Rains County, Texas to Lee Weatherford and Dessie (Morris) Weatherford. She married Charles Dan Weatherly. She retired from E-Systems and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband of Greenville; daughters, Carolyn Drummond of Lone Oak and Cindy Qualls of Greenville; sister, Margie Stewart of Lone Oak; grandchildren, Dustin D. Drummond and Donny Lynn Drummond of Lone Oak and Stephanie Cox and former husband, Chad Cox of Bowie; and great-grandchildren, Destin and Dominick Drummond, and Cayden, Caige, Chance, and Cecilianna “Cici” Cox.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, T. C. Weatherly; brother, Leon Weatherford and son-in-law, Lynda Lee Drummond.
