"Dear Family, We just want you to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Brian visited our home many times being a friend of our daughter and son-in-law, Hannah Nelson and Danny Rix, he also was our older daughter's age and they were in school together through the years. Brian was a polite, kind, soft spoken young man, great conversationalist. We know he will be missed by so many. Perhaps it is comforting to know that countless people have you in their prayers. Sincerely, Tommy & Sandi Nelson"

"So very sorry to hear of Brian's passing. Although he was born after Linda and I moved from Greenville, we have two children only 1 to 2 years older than him and we can't imagine what it must be like to lose your child. Skip, not sure you'll remember me or not. I was patrolman with Greenville PD until we moved to Washington State in 1972. I do remember you and the shifts we put in together there. So very sorry for your loss. May God bless you and Brian's entire family. Jim and Linda Henley"
