Lowell “Doug” Felps
Lowell “Doug” Felps, 39, of Greenville, died Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Hunt Regional Medical Center. A private graveside service will be held at a later date in Johnson City, Texas. The family will receive friends at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home, Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Doug was born in Portsmith, Virginia on June 7, 1976. He was the son of Lowell Douglas Felps and Glenda Wickersham Felps.
Survivors include his parents, Douglas and Glenda Felps of Greenville; sister, Amy Cain and husband, Paul of Norwich, England; niece, Taylor Elizabeth Cain of Norwich, England; half-sisters, Laura Anderson and Katie Anderson, both of Virginia Beach, Virginia; uncle, Dale Felps and wife, Joan; aunts, Patsy Maulding and husband, Davis and Carla Feller; great-uncle, Jim Allen and wife, Martha; and his nine loving cousins, Davis, Mark, Laura, Cody, Ryan, Meghan, Adam, Jason and Lisa.
The family requests memorials be made to the favorite charity of the giver.
