Phoenix Jett Givens, 8 months old of Dallas, passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 14, 2015. A memorial service will be held on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Pastor Barris Sims officiating.
Phoenix was born in Dallas on June 3, 2014 to Shanti Hindi and Curtis Johnson-Sims.
He is survived by his parents; brother, Keagan Lee; sister, Taniya Johnson; aunts, Amira Hindi, Cristina Lockwood, Kyria Davidson; grandparents, Brenda Ray, Joe Hernandez, Nicole Johnson-Allen, Curtis Sims; uncles, Brandon Lockwood, Chalmer Mouton, Derek Davidson, Tyrik Sims, Derion Laird; special friends, Erin Schartz, Brennett Anderson, Jessica Gassaway, Corey Reynolds, Tramaine Sims, and Britnie Sims.
