Theresa Ann Gohn, 54, of Ben Franklin, died Saturday, March 15, 2008, at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at 2:00 PM in the Coker-Mathews Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Ballard and Rev. Mary Carter officiating. Burial will be in Brigham Cemetery.
Visitation is from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at the funeral home.
Born October 27, 1953, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Lawrence and Juanita Jeffers Leavelle. She was married to Reuben A. Gohn in Balch Springs. Mrs. Gohn was a nurse and a member of the House of Prayer.
She is survived by her husband Reuben A.Gohn of Ben Franklin; sons, Shawn and Danny; a daughter, Lorena Hallowell of Euless; brothers Lawrence Kyle Leavelle of Missouri and Kirk Leavelle of Illinois; a sister Susan L. Schlapper of Wellington, Missouri; sister-in-law, Sharon Valdes; grandchildren Douglas, Haley and Kaleb McAdams; and cousin, Cathy Richards of Alexandria, Louisiana..
Preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Eulea and Earl Jeffers; and a cousin, Donita Burton of Sulphur, Louisiana.
Pallbearers will be Michael Dennis, Francisco Valdes, Lyle Leavelle, Wayne McAdams, Alex Dennis and James Dennis.
