Billie Manley
Billie Laverne Manley, 89, of Batesville, Arkansas, formerly of Greenville, died Thursday at her home. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Monday, June 2, 2014 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Manley officiating. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, June 1, 2014 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Manley was born in Greenville, May 2, 1925. She was the daughter of Henry Williams and Mary M. Morrison Williams. On August 24, 1946, she married Ralph E. Manley in Rockwall. She was a homemaker and member of Family Fellowship (formerly Lamar Baptist Church) in Greenville.
Survivors include her son, Steve Manley of Irving; daughter Maryletha Manley of Batesville, Arkansas; sisters, Mary Lynn Shelton of North Richland Hills and Joy Winters of Hurst; grandchildren Gabriel Manley and Gabrielle Hubbard-Manley; and great-granddaughters, Ava Manley and Addyson Manley. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1995.
Pallbearers will be Gabe Manley, Steve Manley, Jerry Manley, Melvin Wade, Steve Walden and Randy Stone. Bobby Manley will serve as Honorary Pallbearer.
