Aline MariePemberton

Aline Marie Pemberton, 94, of Greenville passed away January 23, 2013 at Briarcliff Nursing Home.  Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Sheffield officiating.  Interment will be at Memoryland Memorial Park.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.

Born December 11, 1918 in Greenville, Aline was the daughter of H. C. and Olive (Wood) Ledbetter.  On April 12, 1941, she married Henry W. Pemberton.  She was a seamstress at Haggar Mfg and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Commerce. 

Her survivors include her brother Joel Ledbetter of Greenville; sisters Sylvia Spears and Eulalia Torris both of Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, 3 sisters, and 1 brother.
