Robert C.Cleghorn, III

Robert C. Cleghorn, III, 44, of Campbell passed away November 28, 2012 at Hunt Regional Medical Center.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at Golden Meadows Baptist Church in Garland with Rev. Robert Redus officiating.

Born May 22, 1968 in Greenville, Robert was the son of Robert C. Cleghorn, Jr. and Virginia D. (Mauldin) Cleghorn.  On September 7, 1996 in Greenville, he married Tammy Tardell.  Robert worked  as a mail clerk for a medical lab. 

His survivors include his wife of Campbell; father of Greenville; niece Rachel Mattingly and nephew Nathan Mattingly; aunts & uncles Margaret McDonald, Vergie Ables, Curtis and Martha Cleghorn, and Leo and Pat Mauldin; and several cousins and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his mother in 2006 and sister, Kelly Mattingly in 2011.

The family requests memorials be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
