"I so wish I could be there today to say goodbye to a precious aunt, lady, friend, and fellow Christian. She was so many things to me, and I am thankful that she is now in heaven with those that she has missed so much for so long. Love to all of you today, and rest in perfect peace my precious Auntie.

"We loved getting to know both Ruth and G. L. at the Presbyterian church. They were very welcoming of a young newly married couple in the early 90's and made us feel at home in the Presbyterian Church. Ruth was a special lady and she will be missed"
