Dale did not have

quiet man who would share his faith in quiet ways.
Dale was an
innovator and accomplished, self-taught mechanic. He was an amateur toy
maker and loved making toys for his children, grandchildren and
great-grandchildren. Dale was a prankster and loved a good joke. He
loved making trips to Lake Buchanan from early in his life and later on
introduced his children to the area, teaching them how to ski and fish.
He also had many hobbies: building kites, playing croquet and washers, square
dancing, fishing, water skiing, hunting, renovating antique radios, morse code
and many others.
What he loved most
was being with his family. He never missed a family event and was always
present for ball games, graduations, birthday parties, Easter, Mother’s Day,
Christmas and Thanksgiving.
He always tried to
do better than he could with all that he had.
