Mary was born on January 11, 1945, in Winthrop, Arkansas to Howard Riggins and Cora Williams Riggins. She was a loving wife, mother, and great-grandmother.
Mary is survived by her sons Donald Evans and wife Karen of Arizona, Herbert Evans and wife Pam of California, daughter LeeAnn Barrow and husband Gary of Alba, Texas, brother Burt Riggins, sisters Emma Farris and Patricia Bymaster, grandchildren Maryse, Donald Jr., Abihail, Matthias, Ian, Quynn, Gary II, Brandon, and three great grandchildren Emma, Tripp and Rien.
Mary is preceded in death by Marie Judge, Melvin Judge, Howard Riggins, Euil Evans and Monroe Craighead.
