Mrs. Neeper was born December 28, 1948, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Charles Keys and Mary Leister. She married Jim Neeper on July 9, 1988, in North Richland Hills, Texas. She was an Office Manager and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Neeper; sons, Brad Grimmett and wife, Angela, and Todd Grimmett and wife Sherrie- and their families; daughter, Joann Norrington and husband, Charles and family; sister, Judy Tremble; numerous grandchildren and one great-grandson; niece, Laura Almquist and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother- in-law, Frank Tremble; and nephew, Rick Almquist.

Saint Louis, MO Wednesday, March 6, 2024 So sorry to hear about my cousin Lynne's sudden death. I idolized her as a little girl growing up in OKC with her. She was 6 years older, so I watched every hair and make-up trend she tried. I'm sure I was a pest a times but she was so "cool"! Her generous laugh is something I'll always remember. God Bless those who have been touched by her life and now grief her loss.
