Iva Nell was born in Antlers, Oklahoma on April 26, 1932, to William Jennings Street and Iva Mae Brannon Street.
Iva Nell married Ralph Allen Sanders on April 16, 1948, in Hunt County. They had three beautiful daughters that was always her pride and joy. Iva Nell was a wonderful cook and housekeeper. She was a perfect seamstress, businesswoman and cosmetologist. She was a very classy woman and loved dressing to the nines.
Iva Nell married Lauren R. Cude on February 28, 1975, in Rockwall County. They made their home in Terrell, Texas for many years before moving to Caddo Mills in the mid 90's.
Iva Nell is survived by her daughter and son; Rebecca Sanders Buchanan and David Buchanan, granddaughters; Holly McGinn King, Heather Buchanan Bentley, and Hillary Rosa Aranda, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Iva Nell is preceded in death by her parents; William and Iva Mae Street, her husband Lauren R. Cude, brother and sister in love; Walter and Dorothy Street, daughters; Sara Elizabeth Sanders Rosa, Sharon Gayle Sanders Tobin, and grandson Ben Bentley.
The family would like to thank Dr. Howard Kweller and all her wonderful hospice nurses; Amy, Heather, Courtney, and Corrie at Family First Hospice. And all the love, hugs, and prayers from family and friends.

Lone Oak, TX Sunday, April 30, 2023 I would love to come to Iva Nells house, she would always try to feed us. She was always very good to us. Her house was spotless . I never understood why she dressed so nice to stay home. I love Becky(David) ,Heather & madison.. RIP 💔Iva Nell🌹🙏🏼
