LaVone Jane Braddock, 91, of Greenville, passed away on November 20, 2022 at the Harrison House. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 28, 2022 at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Chaplain Mike Middlebrooks officiating. Burial will follow at Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m. until service time.
LaVone was born May 20, 1931 in Ashland, Nebraska to Herbert
and Alta Havluy Vance. She married J. C.
Braddock on April 6, 1956 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
She was a homemaker and of the Presbyterian faith.
LaVone is survived by her son, Vance Coatman and wife,
Nancy; daughters, Vicky Bazar & husband, Tim, Sandra Braddock, Julie Hanner
and husband, Truett; grandchildren, Justin Hanner, Jason Hanner, T. J. Bazar,
Jonathan Bazar, Curtis Coatman, Corrine Sturdy, Crystal Hosteler, Chelsea
Whaley and 13 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter,
Teressa Jane Braddock and sister, Corrine Sandy.
Pallbearers will be Justin Hanner, Jason Hanner, T. J.
Bazar, Jonathan Bazar, Curtis Coatman and Truett Hanner.

Greenville, TX Monday, November 28, 2022 just read this morning if LaVone's entrances into the presence of Jesus whom she dearly loved. I have missed her at church and have been wondering about her. She was such a lovely person. My prayers will be with you. Though we often know it's coming, we are never prepared.
