Mary Beth ''Mimi'' Erwin Pearson, 84, of Greenville, passed away on March 16, 2023 at the Medical Lodge of Royse City. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Rev. Stan Coleman officiating. Burial will follow at East Mount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mary was born May 30, 1938, in Greenville, Texas to Loyd Erwin and Frances Laverne Fuller Erwin. She married James Howard Pearson on December 23, 1960 in Greenville, Texas. She was a devoted Mother and Mimi. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church of Greenville.
To honor Mimi's love and dedication of the Dallas Cowboys, the family request everyone to wear Dallas Cowboys gear or colors.
Mary is survived by her son, James (Jimmy) Pearson and wife, Rhonda; daughters, Laura Wood, Beth Quintero and husband, Jose, Amy Tapley and husband, Randy; grandchildren, Brandy and Scott VanHuss, Shayla and William McDowell, Jamie Pearson and Jeremy Alonzo, Morgan Pearson and Jesus Martinez, Alex Belteton and Valerie Jenkins, Antonio Belteton and Maria Davila, Ana Quintero and Hans Safi, Jose Quintero Jr., Jessica Quintero and Anthony Wood, Fernando, Julie, Gabe and Hendrix Ramazzini; great-grandchildren, Ricky Rioz Jr., Tori Mitchell, J. J. Mitchell, Finley McDowell, Valentina Hope, Atticus Hope, Landon Alonzo, Madison Alonzo, Dixie Reed, A. J. Intriago, Noah Martinez and Gabriella Martinez.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Justin Erwin; daughter, Terri Pearson, son-in-law, Stacey Wood and grandson, Gage Hope.
Pallbearers will be Alex Belteton, Antonio Belteton, Anthony Wood, Jose Quintero Jr., J. J. Mitchell, Angel James Intriago. Honorary pallbearers will be Fernando Ramazzini, Ricky Rioz Jr., Scott Willeford, Chase Puni and Jacob Moyo.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Mimi's friend, Joyce Jones, Amanda, Skyla and Tiffany with Trinity Hospice and Anna, Dana, Sylvia and so many others at Royse City Medical Lodge for their loving care.
