Sad to hear of Game Warden Mitchell's passing. He was such a good man! I had awesome respect for him and will always remember the times we visited at Coker's as well as the times we visited back when he and I were both on duty. I, as well as many others, will miss his presence on this earth. I pray that God will comfort his family during their time of grief.

I had a lot of respect for your dad. He was a great and fair game warden and i use to love to listen to some of his stories.

To Glenn's entire family;
Glenn was a wonderful man and I am so thankful that I got to know both Glenn and Betty. I will miss his big smiles. May he rest in peace as he rejoices in Heaven with Betty.
May you find peace during this time of adjustment, knowing that Glen was so well liked, admired, and left you a wonderful legacy.

My deepest sympathies offered to the Mitchell family. Glenn Mitchell was such an encouragement to me. I was his last pastor at Central Christian Church before he moved to Colorada to live with his daughter. Before moving, Glenn faithfully attended church events every time possible. He was an Elder at that time and was always so kind and thoughtful. After he moved to Colorado, we stayed in touch via the phone. While he couldn't attend services in person, he never missed the online service. He would frequently call me and give me some most needed words of encouragement. I remember sharing lunch with Glenn and him sharing about his work as the Game Warden and his role in bringing deer to Hunt County. That was a Sunday afternoon I shall never forget. Truly a remarkable man with a wonderful family. I will miss Glenn dearly. There is rejoicing in heaven for Glenn to finally be reunited with his wife, Betty, and to see his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, face to face. May the peace that passes all understanding fill those of us who remain and morn this great loss. God bless you, Glenn, and may God bless all of us during these difficult days.

Kathy and Butch, I'm sincerely sorry that I am not able to attend Glenn's service. Glenn was such a dear man and I always enjoyed seeing and visiting with him. Praying for you and your family. Dana
