Pat Miller McCormack, 76, of Greenville, Texas, died Monday, July 19, 2010, in Hunt Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:00 PM, in Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rex Henderson and Rev. Don Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. McCormack was born in Greenville on September 7, 1933. She was the daughter of Virgil T. and Aylene Sockwell Miller. She was a retired nurse and a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Jeff Jones and wife, Debbie of Campbell; daughters, Donna George and husband Larry of McKinney and Danette Cooper and husband Bryant of Princeton; brother, Paul Miller of Mesquite; twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren with one on the way. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Samuel Thomas Jones, March, 1950; daughter, Deborah Kay Jones, October, 1954; father, Virgil Miller, June, 1975; Mother, Aylene Miller, January, 1997; and husband, Dale McCormack, February, 1986.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Cooper, Daniel Cooper, J. P. Cooper, Danny Jones, Lanny Jones, Rusty Wallace, Kenny George, Kyle Miller and Cody Cooper.
The McCormack family would like to send their deepest appreciation to the Hunt Regional Medical Center, 3rd Floor nurses and staff for their excellent care and also to Vista Care Hospice.
