Lois Mae Hackworth

Lois Mae Hackworth, 88, of Dallas, passed away suddenly, February 4, 2010 at Walnut Place Nursing Home. She was born March 10, 1921, in Leonard, TX to Holland and Mary Beadie Goodwin. She was a graduate of Leonard High School and retired from U. S. Life Systems after more than 25 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Wondo Wall in 1949, and second husband Carl Hackworth 1992. Survived by daughter, Becky Taylor and husband, James; grandson Mark Taylor and wife, Shelly; great-grandson, Sam Taylor; step-daughter, Judy Vogel; sister Peggy Pannkuk; and several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank the staff and Walnut Place and her personal physician, Dr. Frank Elliott, for their care and concern.
Graveside services will be 4:00 PM, Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at Forest Park Cemetery in Greenville, Texas with Rev. Dwight Grantham officiating. Visitation will be 3:00 PM until service time at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home in Greenville.
